Can guests book from this public site today?
Phase 4 sends guests to the future booking app with dates, guests, stay category, ADA, and pet query parameters. Availability search and holds arrive in later phases.
Are pets allowed?
Dogs are planned on pet-friendly units with the demo dog fee rules documented in the seed data. Final pet terms still need owner approval before launch.
Can guests request ADA-capable stays?
The demo inventory includes an ADA-capable Canopy unit, and public entry points preserve an ADA request for the booking flow.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Demo policy content uses 3:00 PM local check-in and 11:00 AM local check-out. Final operating details can be updated before launch.
How will payments work?
Payment is intentionally not live in Phase 4. Stripe review, payment intent creation, and webhook finalization are later implementation phases.
What is the cancellation policy?
The demo cancellation note says full refund until 7 days before check-in for demo only. Final legal cancellation terms are not claimed here.
Where will guests get access details?
Access details will be available before check-in in the appropriate guest app. This public site does not expose controls, codes, or hardware operations.
